In Memory of Dave Bartley 1951-2025
Dave Bartley was a Nashville native who dedicated more than 40 years to the real estate and construction industries. With over three decades of experience in residential and commercial construction and nearly two decades in real estate sales, Dave built a reputation for honesty, integrity, and a true desire to help people.
In June 2007, Dave joined our team, where he quickly became not only a trusted Realtor and licensed Auctioneer but also a valued friend to everyone he worked with. He took pride in serving his clients and his community, always striving to meet the needs of his friends and neighbors.
Outside of work, Dave shared his life with his beloved wife, Deborah (Bell) Bartley, his son Brian, daughter-in-law Leah and 2 grandchildren.
Dave’s steady presence, warm personality, and unwavering dedication made a lasting impact on all of us. He was more than a colleague—he was family. We will miss him deeply and will always honor the years we were blessed to work alongside him.
