We have the honor of selling this Iconic real estate and Sternwheel Boat at auction on July 16th, 2019. The well-known “Princess Margy”, a 81’ Stern Wheel Vassal that has two bedrooms, full bath, laundry, hvac and is fully self sufficient on the water. Powered by a Detroit diesel, the ship can get down the river with haste. It is fully functional and the sellers recently invited us aboard for a ride down the Kanawha. It was truly amazing to experience the “Princes Margy” In action.

Round One: Subject #1 & #2 will be offered individually in numerical order.
Round Two: Subjects #1, #2, Boat and Real Estate will be added together as Subject #3 and offered in combination with a minimum raise of 3% to place the two subjects in combination. The highest bid above the minimum raise of 3% for the combination will be recorded. If there is no combination bid offered then the subjects will be sold to the successful bidders in Round One.
Round Three: If the subjects are placed in combination, each successful subject bidder from Round One will be given ONE FINAL opportunity to raise the bid on their subject and protect their position. The sum total of these raises must surpass the combination total by a minimum of 3%. If the new bids from the individual bidders surpass the combination total by the minimum then the total will be posted at the registration table.
Round Four: The subjects will again be offered in combination with a 3% minimum raise to the high bidder/s of Round Two to place the subjects in combination. If this bid is made the subjects will remain in combination and sold to the high bidder/s. If the parcel raises do not pass the combination total by the minimum, the subjects will stay in combination.
