1. Can I use a previous username & password from another auction with your company?
Yes. Once you sign up for any MarkNet Alliance Company’s auction, you are in system-wide.
2. I’m using a Macintosh/Apple platform computer and am having trouble placing bids. Which browser should I use?
If you are using a Macintosh, it is recommended that you use the Firefox(Mozilla) web browser. You can download firefox from mozilla.org
3. How can I always make sure that I am looking at the most current bid price?
You need to constantly refresh your screen using your browser Refresh button in the top menu bar or use the "refresh" link next to the bidding information.
4. Why should I use MaxBid?
Placing a MaxBId allows the syatem to bid for you up to your highest desired bid amount.
When another bidder outbids you, you are notified via email and you must return to the site to place your next bid.
With a MaxBid The system will automatically increment your bids to the next highest bid until your MaxBid amount has been reached.
If you opt for the ’Jump Bid’ feature, you can place a bid higher than that of the next calculated bidding increment up to your MaxBid amount.
5. The system will not accept my bid. What could be wrong?
You may not have your browsers cookie settings enabled or properly configured or you may need to use a different browser (ie., IE Explorer, Mozilla Firefox) depending on you system requiremnts.
